MOSCOW, Oct 24 (PRIME) -- Russia’s VTB is ready to fully write off its investments in Otkritie Holding, CEO Andrei Kostin told reporters Tuesday.
“We are not actually shareholders of the bank (Otkritie FC Bank), we are shareholders of the holding,” he said.
“If the central bank has now acknowledged a negative capital (of Otkritie FC Bank), the… we are ready probably to fully write it off,” he said.
Investments in Otkritie Holding will be written off by the end of the year, Kostin said.
